Every member of our orthodontic team goes above and beyond to make sure patients and their families are comfortable in our office.
- Technology: We have a high-tech office with digital radiography, digital impressions, and virtual consultation capability.
- Transparency: Our open door policy allows every family member to be welcome to join us in the treatment area.
- Communication: Our parents can access their account and pay online through OrthoSesame patient login. We also have the two-way messaging capability and email and text reminders.
- Convenience: Our two office locations in Warwick and Port Jervis offer late office hours until 6 pm once a week and emergency hours as needed.
- Fun!: Patient Rewards Hub provides patients to engage in fun office games and earn points for doing a good job while they are in treatment. Patients also love hitting up our Candy Cart on de-band day!
IN SUPPORT OF OUR COMMUNITY
Dr. Jung has earned a great reputation in the community for her outreach programs. Our office is proud to support local sports teams, school PTAs, school plays, clubs, and programs. We do fundraisers for breast cancer research and food drives for our local food pantry. We constantly look for opportunities to give back to the community!
